From a beautifully restored 200-year-old railway building on the platform at Leyburn Station, Wensleydale Spirit Company creates an award-winning range of gin, rum, vodka and liqueurs in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
Founded by Chris Taplin, the independent distillery uses traditional copper pot stills, local Dales water and carefully selected ingredients to create distinctive small-batch spirits with a genuine sense of place.
