How Do I .... ?

See my orders You can see your orders by:
Logging In -> Your Name Account -> My Orders

They are listed most recent first.
Click on the row to see a more detailed description of the product.
Cancel an order You can cancel an order by:
Logging In -> Your Name Account -> My Orders

In the far right column you'll see the status of your order. If your order has not been despatched you'll see the On Order and Cancel buttons.
Just click the Cancel button and your order is cancelled.
The refund process automatically starts for your money to be returned to your account.

If your order has been despatched, then you need to go through the Returns process. See below.

Request a return / refund If you would like to cancel an order after it has been despatched.
or if you are dissatisfied with the product you received.
or if you have not received your order....

Then you will need to submit a Return / Refund request.
You can do this by:
Logging In -> Your Name Account -> My Orders

In the far right column you'll see the status of your order. As your order has been despatched you'll see the Despatched and Return buttons.
Click the Return button and you'll be taken to the Submit Returns form.
Select your Return Type and fill in the Reason For Return.
Press submit and the supplier will be emailed with your Return Request.

All Returns / Refunds communication occurs on the Good Food Scout site.
The supplier will not contact you directly.


You'll receive an email from Good Food Scout saying that the supplier has responded to your request.
You can view their response by:
Logging In -> Your Name Account -> My Returns
and clicking on your order.
You can then respond to the supplier should you wish.
This then becomes the only place where the communication occurs until the matter is resolved.
Good Food Scout can also read and comment on any request if necessary.

Create a Review We would love you to write a review about your order. Honest feedback helps both customers, suppliers and us too.
We don't do fake reviews here, so you can only write a review if you have actually ordered the product.

You can write your Review by:
Logging In -> Your Name Account -> My Reviews
Here, you'll see a list of all your orders. Click on the Review button on the right hand side and you'll be take to the Submit Your Review page. Complete as you see fit.
You can edit your Review should you wish.

See my Wish List You can add individual products to your Wish List from the Product Description page of each item available. Making these products easy to find later.
You can see your Wish List by:
Logging In -> Your Name Account -> My Wish List
Items can be removed from your Wish List at a later time should you wish.
