The Beginning
This is where it all started from great grandmas to our grandmas to our mums passing on their knowledge of generations of recipes. The dads also had a part to play especially when it was a slow cooked lamb curry with a bit of brandy to tenderise the meat!.
At Ka Na, we have taken their knowledge and are now committed to providing you with a delicious and healthy curry base made from fresh and high-quality ingredients. We love our snacks in the Ka Na household and Bombay Mix used to be my dads favourite so we have come up with a recipe that is healthier than your average shop bought packet.
By slow roasting our nuts and coating them with flavours of India you get that unmistakable taste guilt free!
