Easy 3 step recipe:
Step 1: Add 1 tbsp of oil or ghee to your pan and heat. Add your Ka Na Masala into the pan and add some water if desired. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Add your protein or veg/pulses and leave to simmer until your ingredients are cooked. Finish with a sprinkle of Garam Masala.
Step 3: Serve with Basmati Rice or Naan.
Keep your jar of Ka Na refrigerated.

This is where it all started from great grandmas to our grandmas to our mums passing on their knowledge of generations of recipes. The dads also had a part to play especially when it was a slow cooked lamb curry with a bit of brandy to tenderise the meat!.

We love our snacks in the Ka Na household and Bombay Mix used to be my dads favourite so we have come up with a recipe that is healthier than your average shop bought packet.
