About this product
Built on a classic juniper base, it's layered with both dried and fresh grapefruit zest for a bright, emphatic citrus character, then rounded out with Yorkshire hops, botanical florals and a whisper of spice for a robustly dry finish.
The result has picked up serious recognition on the international stage, taking silver at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirit Awards, bronze at the 2020 World Gin Awards, and second place out of 2,500 entries at the World Spirit Awards 2020.

The Wensleydale Distillery hand distils an award-winning range of gin, rum, vodka and liqueurs at Leyburn Station in the Yorkshire Dales, using traditional copper stills and local Dales ingredients.
The Wensleydale Distillery was founded in 2018 by Chris Taplin, owner of the well known Stone House Hotel in Hawes, Wensleydale. Having spent years pouring gins from all over the country for his hotel guests, Chris couldn't help noticing that nobody was making a gin in the Yorkshire Dales itself, .....
