About this product

Peach & Basil is an award-winning crowd-pleaser from The Wensleydale Distillery, praised as one of the most beguiling and refreshing premium craft London Dry gins available today. Made the traditional way with no flavours added after distillation, it combines peaches, apricot and vanilla in a beautifully balanced recipe, while cocoa and angelica root bring a full-bodied depth to the sweet, summery core. Basil is used deliberately to cut through the peach's sweetness and let its subtle character shine, and the gin finishes with a refreshing lift of basil and pink peppercorn. Best served with a premium Indian tonic, ice, lime zest and a basil leaf.

The Wensleydale Distillery hand distils an award-winning range of gin, rum, vodka and liqueurs at Leyburn Station in the Yorkshire Dales, using traditional copper stills and local Dales ingredients.

The Wensleydale Distillery was founded in 2018 by Chris Taplin, owner of the well known Stone House Hotel in Hawes, Wensleydale. Having spent years pouring gins from all over the country for his hotel guests, Chris couldn't help noticing that nobody was making a gin in the Yorkshire Dales itself, .....
