About this product
Elderflower is carefully balanced against the tartness of locally grown apples, so the floral note comes through without overwhelming the juniper base.
Built on a core of juniper, coriander and orris root, it's fragrantly rounded out with elderflower, chamomile and apple, then finished with a subtle cinnamon undertone that brings a surprising warmth to this light, floaty gin.
Best served over ice with a good Mediterranean tonic and a thin slice of green apple.

The Wensleydale Distillery was founded in 2018 by Chris Taplin, owner of the well known Stone House Hotel in Hawes, Wensleydale. Having spent years pouring gins from all over the country for his hotel guests, Chris couldn't help noticing that nobody was making a gin in the Yorkshire Dales itself, .....
