Soda Selection (12 bottles)

A selection of 2 different Apple Juices, 2 x Twisted Limeade, 2 x Cream Soda, 2 x Straight Up Lemonade, 2 x Hibiscus Lemonade and 2 x Easy Peeler Orange Soda.

Straight Up Lemonade
We use 8% fresh lemon juice for a fruit filled soda with a tangy bite. We also use the zest of the lemons to add extra flavour from the citrus oils and a small amount of Essex Sea Salt to keep the drink refreshing and rounded.

Twisted Limeade
We received a 1 star Great Taste award, from the Guild of Fine Food
After juicing and zesting the limes, we pair these with plenty of cardamom and just enough unrefined cane sugar for a balanced sweetness. A little Essex Sea Salt keeps the bitterness under control, whilst accentuating the fruitiness and complex spice.

Cream Soda
A multi-day infusion of real Madagascan Vanilla Pods. This is combined with unrefined cane sugar for a caramel-like complexity and a small amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice, creating a balanced and refreshing drink that hits with nostalgia.

Easy Peeler Orange Soda
Not just any orange soda, we blitz up some of the best, in-season, easy peeler fruits and add a hint of fresh lemon, a small amount of unrefined cane sugar and just a pinch of sea salt. Each batch will taste slightly different as the varieties of easy peelers are regularly changing. Satsumas, Mandarins, Clementines, Nadorcotts, Novas, Leanris and many more tasty orange varieties will be showcased.

Hibiscus Lemonade
100% natural. We use dried hibiscus flowers to give that distinctive red look and also a fantastic flavour. It's wildly different to our Straight Up Lemonade, being earthy, tangy, slightly savoury yet refreshing. A great summer drink and definitely an adult soda!
