Made by the Wensleydale Spirit Company at its distillery in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, this 22% ABV liqueur is all about smooth, comforting toffee character. The Wensleydale Distillery hand creates an award-winning range of gin, rum, vodka and liqueurs at Leyburn Station in the Yorkshire Dales, using traditional copper stills and local Dales ingredients.
The Wensleydale Distillery was founded in 2018 by Chris Taplin, who previously owned the well known Stone House Hotel in Hawes, Wensleydale. Having spent years pouring gins from all over the country for his hotel guests, Chris couldn't help noticing that nobody was making a gin in the Yorkshire .....
