Never heard of a chuckleberry? This rare fruit is a cross between redcurrant, gooseberry and jostaberry, itself a gooseberry and blackcurrant hybrid. The result is a wonderfully complex berry flavour combining the brightness of redcurrant, freshness of gooseberry and deeper, darker fruit notes.

Gun Dog Gin allows the fruit to steep slowly using traditional artisan methods, drawing out its natural character without relying on concentrates or artificial flavourings. Natural sweetness is balanced by a clean, sharp edge, producing a liqueur that is fruity and complex without becoming heavy or overly sweet.
