Based in sunny Cornwall, Trencreek Chilli Farm offers a unique range of handmade chilli products.
They grow around half of the chillies used in their creations right on their farm.
What makes their products truly stand out is their meticulous fermentation process: all chillies are fermented for 3 to 8 months in organic raw apple cider vinegar and Himalayan pink salt, developing incredible depth of flavour before they even make it into a bottle.
