Our hives only produce a certain amount of honey each year, so once our stocks are depleted we have to wait until the next honey season to make more!
Ginger - Made with fresh ginger and crystallised ginger pieces for an extra punch of flavour.
It's perfect for people who want a ginger flavour, but still want something with that traditional orange tang.
Plain - Our small batch marmalade is made using a family recipe which is now in its 3rd generation (the 4th generation are too small to join in).

Binty's Farm began from a lifelong love of growing, gardening, keeping animals and making the most of what the land can provide.
