It’s simply made with two ingredients: Chunmee Taipan Superior green tea, offering a light, smooth, slightly earthy, grassy, and sweet taste, and pure honey from our bees and bee farmers in the south of England.
This combination offers potential health benefits like antioxidant support, digestive aid, and immune system support, plus a natural sweetness.
Apple and Camomile (4 x 330ml)
Made using our base of Chunmee Taipan Superior green tea and pure honey from our bees in southern England.
We’ve added locally pressed Gala, Jonagold, and Jazz apples from Herefordshire, plus chamomile sourced from the Wye Valley.
Our sparkling tea offers a subtly sweet, floral taste.
You’ll notice the natural sweetness and crisp, mildly tart flavor of the apple blend.
Pear and Elderflower (4 x 330ml)
Building on our base recipe of Chunmee Taipan Superior green tea and pure honey from our bees in southern England, our pear and elderflower sparkling tea features locally pressed Conference and Beurre Hardy pears sourced directly from orchards in Herefordshire.
We’ve also added a delicate elderflower botanical, sourced from the Wye Valley, to create a truly unique and refreshing blend.
The combination of these premium ingredients results in a perfectly balanced and sophisticated flavour profile.
It’s crisp and fruity, with honey's sweetness, floral green tea notes, elderflowers, and a touch of pear tartness.

My Story:
Opening my first bee colony, with the air buzzing with tiny wings, changed everything. After a bipolar diagnosis and returning to England from Canada, I knew I needed to reconnect with nature. Beekeeping became my path to balance, and I never looked back.
Giving up alcohol, though a blow for a homebrewer, opened a new door. The limited non-alcoholic options then left me wanting more. I began experimenting, seeking a special soft drink I would truly enjoy socialising with.
This led me to craft my first cold-brewed sparkling tea, combining it with honey from my bees. I'd created a unique, healthy drink that people surprisingly loved. After much experimentation, perfecting the blend of tea and honey, Black Bear Honey Co. sparkling cold brew tea was born. From my bees to you with love.
Our Process and Values:
We're picky about our sparkling tea. We start with only the best green tea leaves, packed with flavor and antioxidants.
We believe in the art of cold brewing: a slow, 24-hour steeping process that gently unlocks the tea's delicate flavors for a smooth, refreshing, and subtly complex drink.
Then, the good stuff: pure honey straight from our beehives, delivering a rich, complex sweetness. We've nailed the delicate balance.
Finally, we gently carbonate our brew for that signature fizz, and carefully can each sparkling tea to ensure every can is packed with flavour and sparkle.
